Welcome to Lumith. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
1. Service
Lumith provides focus sessions, Screen Time restrictions, completion history, gem rewards, and usage summaries. Some capabilities depend on Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity, StoreKit, and system settings. Availability may vary by device, system version, region, authorization status, and Apple policy.
Lumith is a self-management aid. It is not educational, medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. Choose focus settings appropriate to your circumstances and retain necessary access for important activities.
2. Free Features and Pro
The app displays the available free features and Pro benefits before purchase. The purchase screen at the time of purchase controls the applicable benefits. Pro may include Strict Mode, additional plans, extended reports, premium gems, or other clearly identified features. Pro-only features become unavailable when the subscription expires. Existing local records are not deleted solely because a subscription expires.
3. Three-Day Trial and Auto-Renewal
Eligible users may receive a three-day free trial. Eligibility, duration, and applicable plans are determined by the offer returned and displayed by StoreKit. An introductory offer is generally available only once per subscription group.
After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the price and interval shown on the purchase screen and is charged to your Apple ID unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal may be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices, currencies, taxes, trial eligibility, and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store. Lumith displays localized prices returned by the App Store. Restore Purchases restores valid entitlements associated with the same Apple ID.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use Lumith for unlawful activity, interfere with or attack the app or Apple system capabilities, impersonate others, or control another person's device without permission. Guardians configuring restrictions for minors must have appropriate authority and should respect the minor's reasonable right to information and privacy.
5. Availability and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or prevention of every bypass. System updates, revoked authorization, device restart, Apple service interruption, subscription verification delay, or changed system settings may affect functionality.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes, Termination, and Contact
We may update these terms when features, legal requirements, or Apple platform rules change and will make the updated version available in the app or on the product page. You may stop using the app at any time; subscriptions must still be cancelled through the App Store.
